Order Process

After placing an order on CollectaCars, you will be redirected to the payment page where your Order ID and total amount will be shown.

Payment Methods

We currently accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm etc.). You can scan the QR code or press the button to directly open any upi app.

If both fail, use the provided UPI ID to complete your payment. After paying, please send a screenshot of the payment along with your Order ID to our WhatsApp number for verification.

How to Complete Payment

• Scan the QR code OR tap "Pay Now via UPI"
• Complete the payment using your UPI app
• Take a screenshot after successful payment
• Tap the WhatsApp button and send us the screenshot along with your order details which are automatically generated

Verification & Processing

Orders are confirmed only after payment verification. Once verified, your order will be processed and shipped.

Important Notes

• Always send the payment screenshot to avoid delays
• Do not close the payment page before completing the process
• Incorrect payments may delay order confirmation
