At CollectaCars, we ensure that every product is carefully checked and securely packed before shipping.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product received is completely different from what was ordered.

Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging all items. However, we are not responsible for damages caused during transit by courier services.

Unboxing Proof (Mandatory)

To claim any issue, customers must provide a clear unboxing video from start to finish without cuts. Without proper proof, no claims will be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

• Wrong product received
• Missing items in the package (with proof)

Non-Eligible Cases

• Damage caused during transit
• No unboxing video proof

Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
• Refund amount will be the price of the product only (shipping charges are non-refundable)
• Return of the product is required for refund processing
• Refund will be sent via the original payment method or UPI
